Shelley Matthews is an ISA CAPP, Certified Appraiser of Personal Property with the International Society of Appraisers, and all appraisals are USPAP compliant.

Fees are based on an hourly rate. Verbal evaluations are a flat fee of $100 per object. There are no commission-based fee structures.
